The sale — or the appointment, or the job — often isn't lost in the first call. It's lost in the follow-up that never happened.

The Follow-Up Gap

You know you should follow up with that person who called about pricing but didn't book. You know you should send a reminder to the patient who hasn't rescheduled. You know you should check in with the homeowner who got a quote three weeks ago.

But you're running a business. And follow-up is one of those things that falls off the list.
